Supported by the Irish Farmers’ Association, agricultural producers gathered outside a Tesco store in Cavan. Retailers continue to profit from high margins when the situation stays unsustainable for farmers as they do not get fair prices for the produces. The rising feed costs have imposed extreme financial pressure on farmers and threatened their livelihood.
